Contract Type: Remote | Full-time Consultancy
This is a consultancy engagement and does not constitute an employment relationship

Salary: £3,200/month

Level of Effort: Full-time consultancy engagement, with expected availability during standard working hours and flexibility required for coordination across a global team

YIELD Hub works to put young people at the heart of decisions and programmes that shape their sexual and reproductive health and rights.

We exist to transform how youth–adult partnerships are built, sustained, and resourced—moving beyond symbolic inclusion towards systemic change. This means embedding youth leadership in governance, funding, programming, and accountability systems across sectors and geographies.

Our work is guided by four strategic areas: action learning and capacity strengthening, evidence and knowledge management, outreach and influence, and strategic partnerships. We also contribute to the broader field of youth leadership through our recently launched Theory of Change, strengthening how organisations and systems approach meaningful youth engagement in practice.

Through our Action Learning approach, we create structured spaces where organisations, networks, and partners strengthen how they work, collaborate, and deliver results over time.

Today, we connect and convene youth-led movements, INGOs, funders, researchers, and implementers to build intergenerational partnerships that drive sustainable and equitable change.

  • Own and execute YIELD Hub’s communications, including writing, editing, and publishing content across the website and social media platforms
  • Translate Action Learning insights into accessible outputs such as blogs, briefs, and case studies
  • Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar and digital presence
  • Support coordination, documentation, and engagement within Action Learning cycles
  • Contribute to visibility, thought leadership, and ecosystem engagement
  • Support relationship management and identify collaboration opportunities aligned with YIELD Hub’s priorities

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A strong writer and storyteller, able to translate complex ideas into clear and engaging content
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outputs
  • Experienced in communications, partnerships, or programme coordination within global health, SRHR, youth development, or related fields
  • Familiar with working in global or distributed teams
  • Motivated by meaningful youth engagement and systems change
