The YIELD Hub increases young people’s partnership in AYSRHR by facilitating cross-stakeholder action learning processes and influencing norm change. We offer a unique space and approach for committed stakeholders to come together to learn, share and align for normative change.

Action learning groups tor

We use action learning to develop new and creative ways for adolescents and youth to get involved in SRHR. Action learning processes can help develop leaders, build teams, solve problems and transform institutions and processes. You can learn more about Collective Action Learning Groups, how the model works and some FAQs here.

This year, the YIELD Hub is running three concurrent action learning groups covering the below topics;

  1. Compensating Youth Work: What does compensation look like and what processes does that involve?
  2. Capacity Development For Youth Transition: How can organizations support youth leaders to age up and not out?
  3. Finding, Engaging, and Sustaining New Generations of Youth Leaders: How to identify, recruit and engage young people, in all their diversity, in SRHR efforts across the ecosystem?

Click on the hyperlink of each topic for a brief overview of the themes and issues concerned. We have also put together the following documents to better understand our model and processes;

We invite funders, researchers, implementers, INGOs, and youth-led organizations to express their interest in joining our action learning groups.
