Sonali Silva

Sonali Silva is a gender and public health expert with over eight years of experience advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) across the Eastern Mediterranean, South Asia, and the Western Pacific. She has worked with the World Health Organization, UN agencies, and feminist civil society organizations, combining grassroots engagement with global policy advocacy. Sonali holds an MSc in Global Health Policy from the London School of Economics and is a Chevening Scholar.
As Director of YIELD Hub, Sonali provides strategic leadership to deepen youth partnership in SRHR by convening diverse stakeholders, strengthening collective learning, and influencing systems change. She leads the Hub’s resource mobilization efforts, builds strategic alliances, and ensures that youth-led approaches are embedded in global development discourse. Passionate about transformative leadership, Sonali brings a bold vision for reimagining how young people and adults can work together to advance reproductive justice and accountability.
