This year, the YIELD Hub is running three concurrent Action Learning groups covering the below topics;

1. Compensating Youth Work: What does compensation look like and what processes does that involve?
2. Capacity Development For Youth Transition: How can organizations support youth leaders to age up and not out?
3. Finding, Engaging, and Sustaining New Generations of Youth Leaders: How to identify, recruit and engage young people, in all their diversity, in SRHR efforts across the ecosystem?

Due to an overwhelming amount of interest in these topics from organisations all over the world, we extended our Action Learning Groups to include an online community of over 60 organisations who will take the journey alongside the core group. The Action Learning Online Community will be provided with informative reports from the cycle and a space for interactive discussions through the IBP Network Platform. Additionally, YIELD Hub will be hosting monthly sessions for the online community that cover the 6 stages of an Action Learning cycle, namely; observe, assess, design, implement, capture, and repeat.
