Action Learning Programme Associate – Francophone Region

Benjamin SADIA is the Action Learning Programme Associate – Francophone Region at YIELD Hub. A youth development practitioner and facilitator with over seven years of experience, he is passionate about advancing meaningful youth engagement and strengthening youth-led organizations across Francophone West Africa. His work focuses on Action Learning, programme management, organizational capacity strengthening, and strategic partnerships that enable young people and their organizations to drive sustainable social impact.

Benjamin’s journey with YIELD Hub reflects the organization’s commitment to investing in youth leadership. He first engaged with the Hub as a Youth Focal Person through the Ouagadougou Partnership, where he was trained as an Action Learning Facilitator and supported regional learning initiatives. Through his leadership, facilitation, and commitment to collaborative learning, he became a valued contributor to the Hub’s work and now serves as the Action Learning Programme Associate for the Francophone Region, supporting learning, collaboration, and capacity strengthening for youth-led organizations across West Africa.

Benjamin holds a Master’s degree in Global Education from Félix Houphouët-Boigny University and has completed professional training in project management and global health leadership. He is passionate about creating inclusive learning spaces, strengthening youth leadership, and supporting locally led solutions that improve the lives of young people across Africa.
