Action Learning Programme Associate – Francophone Region
Benjamin SADIA is the Action Learning Programme Associate – Francophone Region at YIELD Hub. A youth development practitioner and facilitator with over seven years of experience, he focuses on meaningful youth engagement, Action Learning, programme management, organisational strengthening, and strategic partnerships across Francophone West Africa.
Benjamin first engaged with YIELD Hub as a Youth Focal Person through the Ouagadougou Partnership, where he trained as an Action Learning Facilitator and supported regional learning initiatives. Through his leadership and commitment to collaborative learning, he became a valued contributor to the Hub and now supports learning, collaboration, and capacity strengthening for youth-led organisations across the region.
He holds a Master’s degree in Global Education from Félix Houphouët-Boigny University, alongside professional training in project management and global health leadership. Benjamin is passionate about inclusive learning, youth leadership, and locally led solutions that create lasting impact for young people across Africa.
