Natalia De León Tello is a communications and advocacy specialist with over six years of experience across international organisations, NGOs, political campaigns, and youth-led initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean. She specialises in strategic communications, advocacy, project management, grant writing, and resource mobilisation, with a focus on SRHR, human rights, gender equality, and youth engagement.
In addition, Natalia is the founder of Youth Wave for Latin America and the Caribbean, a regional network connecting over 400 young advocates across 18 countries. Through her work, she has supported youth leadership and digital mobilisation, reaching more than 120,000 young people each month with evidence-based SRHR information.
Passionate about social justice and youth leadership, Natalia is committed to building strategic partnerships, mobilising resources, and advancing sustainable programmes that amplify young people’s voices.
