The YIELD Hub’s Theory of Change (ToC) and indicators were developed in response to a field-wide call for common definitions of success and ways to track the implementation of quality youth partnership in adolescent and youth sexual and reproductive health (AYSRHR).  The original version of the ToC grew out of the YIELD Project research findings and it evolved based on inputs from a diverse range of stakeholders as a tool to support cross-stakeholder alignment around shared goals for youth partnership in  AYSRHR. The ToC emphasizes the value of youth contributions and partnerships to advance high-quality SRHR and improve health and social outcomes worldwide. The ToC and related indicators are living tools that will be continuously adapted to reflect current needs and challenges.
