Sonali Silva
Co-Director
Sonali Silva is a gender and public health expert with over eight years of experience advancing sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) across the Eastern Mediterranean, South Asia, and the Western Pacific. She has worked with the World Health Organization, UN agencies, and feminist civil society organisations, combining grassroots engagement with global policy advocacy.
As Co-Director of YIELD Hub, Sonali provides strategic leadership to strengthen youth partnership in SRHR, build alliances, and drive collective learning and systems change. She also leads resource mobilisation and works to embed youth-led approaches in global development. Passionate about transformative leadership, Sonali advocates for stronger youth–adult partnerships that advance reproductive justice and accountability.
She holds an MSc in Global Health Policy from the London School of Economics and is a Chevening Scholar.
